James Ashcraft
Is a graduate of Jacksonville State University where he earned both his B.S and M.S. in Biology. He joined the staff at Reid State in August of 2015.
David Cole
Is a graduate of Reid State Technical College where he earned an Associate degree in Industrial Electricity/ Electronics Technology. He also has 26 years in the military in Commutations and weapons repair and is currently working on his B.S. in education from Grand Canyon University.

Felicia Hall-Grace, MSN, RN.
is a native of Evergreen, Alabama and a graduate of Evergreen High School. She received an Associate Degree in Nursing from Jefferson Davis Community College, Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama, and a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Felicia has over eighteen years of nursing experience
Jamila Grace, MSN, RN.
has been employed at Reid State Technical College as a practical nursing instructor since August of 2007. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Auburn University Montgomery and a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from The University of Alabama. Jamila has seven years of emergency nursing experience.
Roslana D. Gray
MSN, BSN, RN, graduated Reid State Technical College in 1994 with a diploma in Practical Nursing. She received an Associate Degree from Alabama Southern Community College in 1998 and her RN-MSN Degree from Regis University. Roslana has thirteen years of nursing experience.

Angelia Harrison
A native of Monroeville, Alabama and a graduate of Monroe County High School. She received an Associate of Arts Degree from Alabama Southern Community College in Monroeville in 1986. Ms. Harrison continued her education at Auburn University in Montgomery where she majored in Secondary Mathematics Education. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from AUM in 1988. She also received a Master of Education Degree from the University of West Alabama in Livingston in 1992. Ms. Harrison taught mathematics for one year at Monroe Senior High and has been employed at Reid State Technical College since 1990. She received the Master Teacher award from RSTC and was also a Chancellor's Award Nominee for Outstanding Technical College Faculty in 1999. Ms. Harrison also received the Alabama Community College System Award of Excellence in 2013. In addition to teaching mathematics, Ms. Harrison also serves as Division Chair for General & Developmental Education.
Shirley Johnson
has been a licensed Cosmetologist since 1986.She received her cosmetology training and instructor training from Reid State Technical College. She received advanced cosmetology training from Dudley Cosmetology University. Ms. Johnson received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Education from Athens State University. She has been employed with Reid State since 1996.
Derrick Lett
has been employed as a welding instructor at Reid State Technical College since June 2010. He received a diploma in welding from Reid State Technical College.
  
Frederick J. Middleton
is a native of Evergreen, Alabama, and he has been employed full-time at Reid State since August 2005. He has a B.A. in Business Administration from Alabama A&M University, an M.A. in English from Troy State University Montgomery and is earning a Ph. D in Leadership in Higher Education from Capella University. In addition to instruction, he has served as Asst. Dean of Institutional Effectiveness, Director of Institutional Research, Planning & Evaluation, Director of Grant Development, Director of the Student Success Center and Department Chair of General Education.
YoLundra Mitchell
is the new Career Coach at Reid State. Any student needing assistance with all aspects of career planning, please be sure to visit the career coach’s office located in Building 100 in the Student Success Center. Students will have access to completing career interest inventories, building resumes, and learning to write a cover letter. They will also have the opportunity to participate in mock interviews and develop better interviewing skills. Computers are available for students to research career trends, job opportunities and complete employment applications. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., Wednesdays until 3 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. Please stop by the Student Success Center to take full advantage of the incredible resources that are available.
Ann Nobles
has been employed at Reid State as an adjunct instructor since 2009. She became a full-time employee September 2010. Ann received an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Nursing from Jefferson Davis Community College in 1992. She continued her education and received a B.B.A. degree from Faulkner University in 2003, a B.S.N. degree from Regis University in 2007 and a M.S. in Nursing from Regis University in 2009.
Steven Preyear
is a native of Monroeville, Alabama and a graduate of Monroe County High School. Steven received an Associate of Arts Degree from Alabama Southern Community College in 1995. He continued his education by attending Alabama State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics in 1998 and a Master of Education Degree in Mathematics in 2003. Mr. Preyear has over 13 years of teaching experience at the high school and college level. He joined the Reid State staff in September of 2012.
Jennifer Y Rabb
attended Jefferson Davis Community College, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Alabama State University and a Masters of Education degree in Early Childhood Education from University of West Alabama. She taught in Monroe county for 34 years and also was an adjunct instructor for 10 years at Reid State teaching Early Child Care classes. Ms. Rabb is presently a full time instructor /advisor in the Early Child Care Department.
Larry Renfroe
has been employed full-time at Reid State since August 2002. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the University of Mobile, a Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University, and a Masters of Arts degree from Webster University in Computer Resources and Information Management. While in the US Air Force he completed Air War College and Air Command and Staff College. Additionally, while in the military, he taught part-time for numerous colleges such as University of Carolina, University of Maryland, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Troy University, Gulf Coast Community College, and Central Carolina Technical College. Since retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel from the US Air Force, he has taught part-time for Reid State, Jefferson Davis Community College, and Alabama Southern Community College. While he was in the military he served as a communication’s squadron commander, air traffic controller, airfield flight commander, 9th Air Force Staff officer, and in several instructor positions. He currently serves as a part-time local pastor for two United Methodist Churches in the area.
Lois Robinson
is a native of Greenville, Alabama. She received a Stenography degree from Trenholm State Technical College in Montgomery, Alabama, a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Troy State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Troy University. She taught part-time for Lurleen B. Wallace Community College (Business Department) and Faulkner University (BBA-Bachelor in Business Administration) Program. Ms. Robinson began teaching at Reid State Technical College (Office Administration Department) in August 2012.
Andy Sessions
has been employed full time as a welding instructor at Reid State since February 1991. He received a diploma in welding from Reid State Technical College and an Associate of Science Degree from Jefferson Davis Community College.
Gerald Steege
has been employed full time with Reid State College since April 1992. He was certified in February 1996 to administer third party Commercial Drivers License testing. He received his Associate of Science Degree in November 1996 from Jefferson Davis Community College in Brewton Alabama. He has been in the Trucking Industry for twenty-five years.
Thomas Sunday
is a native of Flomaton, Alabama and graduated from Century High School in 1985. He earned an A.A. degree from Jefferson Davis Community College in 1991, a B.A. in English Education from the University of West Florida in 1997, and an M.A. in English from the University of West Florida in 1999. Mr. Sunday has been employed at Reid State since August of 1999.
Gary L. Varner
Is a Montgomery, Alabama native. Has been a practicing paramedic since 1981. Earned a BS degree in Biology/Microbiology from Auburn University at Montgomery in 1996 and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2002. Research interests include EMS demographics, dynamics and outcomes. Currently resides in Baldwin County, Alabama with wife Becky and assorted house pets.
